How long does shipping take for hardware orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your eReader or accessory has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for eReaders and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for hardware purchased directly from our store. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that digital eBooks are generally non-refundable.
Can I read books from other platforms on my Kobo eReader?
Kobo eReaders support a wide variety of formats, including EPUB, PDF, and MOBI. You can also borrow eBooks from your local public library directly on your device using the built-in OverDrive integration.
Does my Kobo eReader come with a warranty?
Yes, all Kobo eReaders come with a standard one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.
