We want you to be fully satisfied with your Rakuten Kobo eReader; if you change your mind, you can return your device within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that eBook and audiobook purchases are subject to a separate digital return policy via your account dashboard.
Initiate Your Request
Sign in to your Rakuten Kobo account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return' option next to your eReader purchase to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Place the eReader and all original accessories, including charging cables and manuals, back into the original retail packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned device, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
